In the beginning friendly pole class you will learn pole mechanics, pole spins , strength training and choreography. Learn how to build your flow and more with Poleology (pole class is taught on stage pole)

Cancellation Policy

Once you book your class you have 1 time to reschedule class after notice which must be made 3 hrs prior to class via text or email. IF no call no show class will not be rescheduled and you will need to rebook for a new session.
